Pattern File Delivery:
When we receive confirmation of your purchase from PayPal, we’ll email the PDF pattern file to the email address that you provide with your order as soon as we are able to do so. This process may take up to 1 business day, but we usually are able to complete your order within a few hours. Nothing will be physically mailed to you, so you won’t have to wait for the mail delivery to get started with your project!

Patterns purchased from Ms P’s Pattern Shop are for individual use only, and may not be shared, copied, or distributed digitally. If you have family members or friends who would like to use our patterns, please refer them to Ms P’s Pattern Shop where they may purchase their own copy. Your pattern purchase helps support us as independent quilt pattern designers, and we appreciate your business.
Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges:
There are no refunds or exchanges on our patterns after the files have been sent to you via email, due to the nature of digital downloads. You may cancel an order before the files are sent to you by contacting us right away. Nonrefundable PayPal fees will be subtracted from the total amount refunded for cancelled orders.
