July RSC 2025

Hi Quilting Friends,

The RSC color for July is PURPLE, my favorite color! And now, some scrappy PURPLE fun, courtesy of the scraps that “live” in my PURPLE scrappy basket!

Rolling Stone

Pinwheel Star

I made just one PURPLE pinwheel star this month, because I had already made it in PURPLE earlier this year as I was deciding which blocks I wanted to make for RSC 2025. Here’s my “new” PURPLE block-

And here’s the one I made earlier this year (Oops! Looks like I’ve used the same print for both blocks. Oh well. . .) –

I also made a “new” PINK Pinwheel Star, since I had made only one block in January (when the RSC color was PINK).

In other news, I’m packing my bags for a long-awaited trip to visit my family in Montana. Look out cooler weather and mountain views, here I come! I’m ready to fly.
