Hi Quilting Friends,
Since everything outdoors is turning GREEN (the lawn, the trees, the shrubbery), it’s fun to have GREEN for the March RSC color! I decided to use the lime green scraps, since they look most like Spring, and I pulled out my GREEN scrap bin to see what I could stitch this month.

Now that I have a sewing studio, it was easy to pick up my pieces and stitch in the evening after supper for a few minutes. Sure beats sewing on the kitchen table. . .
Carolina Chain

I found enough scraps to stitch 14 Carolina Chain blocks, 7 light and 7 dark.
Rolling Stone
And here’s my Rolling Stone block!

I enjoyed a glorious week of Spring break this past week, with plenty of time to play. Back to work on Monday!
Happy quilting,
Sharon
Green sings green and I’m ready for the new season. I’m still stuck on blue.

Thanks Lynn! I don’t know that I will ever be finished with blues; I just do a few and then move on to the next color, LOL. Happy quilting!

Thanks Charmaine! It may take a couple of years to amass enough blocks for a quilt, at the rate I’m making them, LOL.
