Hi Quilting Friends,
If you’re reading this post on July 7, you have just 171 days to wait until Christmas is here! I know. It seems much too early to start a countdown to Christmas. However, as quilters, we understand that it takes time (perhaps LOTS of time) to hand-craft a quilted project for home decor or create a unique gift for that special someone.
We’re here today to share our recent additions to “Ms P’s Christmas Shop”, as well as a few “oldies but goodies”, with the hope of providing inspiration. You can browse our entire collection of Christmas patterns here-
Do you enjoy entertaining during the holiday season? Do you like to use unique quilted place mats or table runners to add Christmas cheer to the table setting? We recently released two new patterns that are just the ticket!
Christmas Trees Table Runner

See what happens when you turn the runner upside down!

Sharon used red and green Christmas fabric scraps to create this colorful 14″ x 43″ table runner. The tree blocks are foundation paper pieced, with easy “film strip” borders. If “scrappy” isn’t your style, choose just a few prints in your favorite colors to create your version of this beautiful table runner.
Christmas Trees Place Mats

The coordinating “Christmas Trees” place mats feature the same foundation pieced tree blocks and “film strip” borders that you see on the table runner, along with three smaller foundation pieced Christmas trees. The pattern provides instructions for a set of four 13″ x 17″ place mats. Aren’t they adorable!
We don’t know about you, but at our family gatherings there are LOTS of people (with the number of loved ones increasing as the years go by). The more, the merrier, as they say! We wouldn’t want anyone to feel left out, so we’ve created several variations of the Christmas place mats that can be mixed and matched to welcome everyone to a festive table.
Christmas Ornaments Place Mats

Deck the halls with beautiful ornaments. This place mat set features large and small foundation pieced Christmas ornaments, with the same “film strip” borders that we used for the Christmas trees.
Christmas Gift Boxes Place Mats

The gifts are all wrapped up in pretty fabric this year! The large and small gift boxes are foundation paper pieced, with pretty appliqued bows on the large boxes.
We’re offering special pricing on our patterns for the Christmas place mats and the table runner, for a limited time.
Purchase the pattern for any Christmas place mat set, and get the Christmas Trees table runner pattern for 40% off the regular price. (You’ll see the offer when you add the pattern to your shopping cart.)
We also have Christmas patterns for. . .

Christmas Stockings

Applique Blocks
We’ve featured just a few of our favorite designs, and Ms P’s Christmas Shop has all of our unique, fun-to-stitch patterns for Christmas decorating and giving. Check it out!
We hope that you have enjoyed seeing our projects today, and that you’ll stop by again soon. Merry Christmas, in July!
Happy quilting,
Sharon & Susan

Very fun holiday patterns. I’m trying not to think about the holiday! It always comes way sooner than I’m ready.
