Hi Quilting Friends,
My “One Monthly Goal” for May was to begin quilting “Lupine & Laughter”. I really thought that I would be further along toward the finish line on this project, but there was a one week wait between ordering and receiving batting from Amazon, along with my choice to continue working on another project instead of starting this one.

Oh well! I finally began quilting “Lupine & Laughter” on May 21, and I’m making pretty good progress. This quilt has two alternating blocks and a pieced border. I’ve finished the quilting half of the blocks, like this-

I know how I want to quilt the border, but not the other type of block yet. Once that decision is made it shouldn’t take long to wrap up this project. My scrappy purple binding is prepped and ready to go!
Thanks for stopping by to see my project!
Happy quilting,
Sharon

Thank you! I’m still not sure what I will do for the other blocks; hoping that inspiration will arrive soon. 😊

Deciding what to quilt is a big hold up, but you’ve still made good progress.

Thank you! I made a decision, so I’m currently quilting the rest of the blocks. The border quilting will be easier.
