Hi Quilting Friends,
The Rainbow Scrap Challenge color for May is ORANGE. I’ve already shared the set of Signature Squares and the zipper bag that I stitched up with my ORANGE scraps. Today I’m sharing the last of my ORANGE RSC projects for May!
Coffee Mug
I made this orange coffee mug with a 10″ x 10″ square that was leftover from a 10″ fabric stack. I love the brightness of the ORANGE floral print.

This block was the last of my RSC projects for May, and I can definitely see a decrease in the volume of my ORANGE scraps. That’s encouraging! Wouldn’t it be amazing to use them all up?
I hope that you’ll have a wonderful weekend! We’ll soon be celebrating the start of summer vacation for schools in our area, and that means the neighborhood pool will open for the season. Yay!
Happy quilting,
Sharon
Adorable coffee mug block! That fabric was an awesome choice for May.

Thanks! It was just asking to become a coffee mug, so who am I to question the fabric? 😉

Very cute coffee cup. Even if you use up one set of scraps, another set will come along before you know it. Happy stitching this week.

You’re right about scraps. Just when I think I’ve used them up, they restock themselves. Clever scraps!
