Hi Quilting Friends,
Welcome to Day 3 of our “Twelve Days of Christmas” blog series!
Sharon here today! In addition to quilting, I really enjoy baking. I usually bake pumpkin bread or lemon cranberry bread to share with special friends and neighbors, but I’ve decided to try something a little different this year- “Cranberry Christmas Cake”. The recipe popped up on my Facebook feed, and it looked so gorgeous that I just had to try it.

The recipe instructions were easy to follow, and it has just a few simple ingredients. My Cranberry Christmas Cake turned out beautifully, and it is delicious too! I served it with coffee, for breakfast LOL! My next step is to purchase some small pans and bake another batch or two to share with my dear friends.

Thank you SO much for visiting today! We’d love to hear about your favorite Christmas baking, so please leave a comment; it makes our day.
Happy quilting,
Susan & Sharon

This really does look delicious. I hate to say it, but I am just not a baker. I can make simple things , but nothing complicated. I might have to give this one a try. Thank you for sharing.

That looks awesome, Sharon! I am going to have to look up that recipe. At least a few of my family would eat it! LOL

I enjoyed the tartness of the cranberries against the sweetness of the cake. Yummy!
