Hi Quilting Friends,
The Rainbow Scrap Challenge color for August is YELLOW. I was busy making YELLOW (and PURPLE!) scrappy blocks before I took a break and headed for the mountains of Montana. It’s lovely to be here with my family! Here’s a picture of one of my favorite spots that we’ll probably visit soon-

You can see my previous August RSC posts HERE and HERE.
Signature Squares
I chose 20 different YELLOW prints to make the signature squares for August.

Some blocks are nearly ORANGE, while a few blocks lean toward the GREEN side of the spectrum. This variety of hues will add interest to the quilt.
I’ll be heading home next Friday to Mr. FixIt, the pups, and the rest of the Texas family. It’s always nice to go visiting, but there’s no place like home.
Thanks for stopping in! Please come back at the end of the month for more Montana scenic adventure pictures.
Happy quilting,
Sharon
Montana is such a beautiful state. Enjoy the rest of your visit!
