RSC 2026: September #2

Hi Quilting Friends,

The Rainbow Scrap Challenge color for September is PURPLE, my favorite color.  You can read about the blocks that I shared last week HERE. My PURPLE scrappy basket has plenty of scraps left for today’s blocks.

FPP Coffee Mugs and Hearts

I love PURPLE!  Here’s the September coffee mug, #19 of 20 that I’ll need-

I stitched up FPP heart #19 of 20 in PURPLE as well-

And since I needed just one more of each type of block, I went on and stitched my final coffee mug and heart. They just had to be GREEN, and here they are!

I’m excited to get the “Caffeine Addict” quilt top wrapped up, which may happen soon. Quilting must wait until Princess Nina has returned to our studio after her spa visit.

Mr FixIt and I are in Port Aransas, Texas, for a weekend at the beach with friends.  I’m SO excited! It will be fun, even though I’ll probably be sitting and watching the others play on the beach since I’m still sidelined with my injured foot.  I’ll share some pictures next week.
