Hi Fellow Quilters,
Sharon here, just pondering the wonders of the internet! Isn’t the worldwide web a marvelous invention? You can meet quilters from all over the world, stay in touch with family & friends, go shopping for everything that you can imagine (and have it delivered right to your door!), visit a fabulous quilt show, or learn a new quilting technique, all with a few mouse clicks or strokes on your keyboard! Amazing stuff, don’t you think?
A few weeks ago one of our new customers asked for some detailed instructions, in video format, about several of the techniques that we use when we make a quilt. I spent some time searching online, and found some very helpful instructional videos to share with her. We’ve heard back from our customer, and she’s been able to get a good start on her project after viewing the video links that I sent. (I love a happy outcome, and I can’t wait to see the photos of her finished quilt project!)
I spent a little more time searching online, and found a handful of wonderful instructional videos for several of our favorite techniques. So here they are, all in one handy spot! Please check out the “Handy Hints and How-To’s” that follow.

I hope that you’ve found something useful today! Are there other techniques that you’d like to learn more about? Let us know- if we can’t find a great video, we might need to give it a try ourselves. I can just see it now. . .
Until next time, Happy Quilting!
Sharon
