Hi Quilting Friends,
Welcome to our “12 Days of Christmas” blog series! We’re glad you’ve joined us.
Today we’re sharing the cute Christmas stocking that Sharon made for her eldest Grand-Dogger, Naomi. Naomi is an Akita, and she just turned three in October.

Naomi is a very good girl (most of the time), so we’re pretty sure that Santa will come for a visit this year. Here’s her stocking, ready for toys and goodies!

Naomi’s stocking features the moose from our “Ugly Sweater Contest” series (2019) and the tree from our “Victorian Mice” series (2018). Sharon had a blast with embellishments on the stocking, making this a one-of-a-kind gift. (Naomi’s “parents” loved it, by the way!)
Update: Congratulations to Brenda A, winner of the giveway!
We’re having a giveway today! Enter for your chance to win the “Ugly Sweater Moose” applique pattern. Entries will be accepted through December 5, and the winner will be notified by email by December 7. Good luck!
Thanks again for visiting! Please plan to stop by again tomorrow for more holiday fun.
Happy quilting,
Sharon & Susan
Coming in January!

I have done an Ugly Sweater. Bought it at garage sale and added lights.

No, I have never participated in an ugly sweater contest, but they do sound fun.

It is fun! We usually have one at school, right before the Christmas break. I don’t win, but I enjoy seeing the creativity.
