Hi Quilting Friends,

Goal 1: Play with UFO’s

I need to carefully press the finished piece, attach the ten brass charms that came with the kit, and purchase a frame and some supplies. I’m sure to have this lovely finished before the end of 2026.

Goal 2: Play with Scraps

Scrappy Basket Set 2 by Sharon @ Ms P Designs USA

My goal for Q3 and Q4 is to complete a minimum of 8 scrappy projects by the end of 2026, with at least one of them a throw-sized or larger quilt.

  1. You’ve done well with your goals this year. I get the frustration of not being able to do the physical stuff. I had to re-adjust my weight lifting plans when a knee and back injury side lined me for most of the spring and summer. Hope the stationary bike works out for you.

  2. What a bummer that you hurt your foot! I am glad it was not worse. But I am sure you are so done with it by now. Sending lots of energy for a fast and full recovery. At least you got a lot of crossstitch in. Progress is progress – at least in my book. So congrats and I hope you can enjoy some light activity and your newly refreshed sewing mashine in Q4. xo
